It’s been really chaotic these last couple of weeks. So much has changed and so many things are still not clear. I may not know what you are going through, but God does.
Last time, I talked about how classes were moved online and we had to say goodbye to our friends early. Well, yes, that is still true. As for me, I have to wait a while to go to my clinical rotations, but I know that God has everything in his hands. For the next month, I am going to do virtual online lab activities as well as study for the BOC (Board of Certification) exam. I made a whole schedule and I plan to even blog more.
I know that in a span of weeks, life changed drastically. We had to say goodbye to our friends and even had to say goodbye to some of the plans we had. I don’t know your situation, but I do know that you matter.
I’m going
First, I learned to be true to yourself. No matter where you are, wherever you go, or whoever you meet, let people see the real you. You will meet many people and learn new things. Life is about letting people see the real you. Even if people don’t necessarily agree on certain things, let people see the real you. Be genuine, be sincere.
No matter where you are, wherever you go, or whoever you meet, let people see the real you.
I also learned to make good old days, before actually leaving them. Our tomorrow isn’t promised. Treasure today. Enjoy the time you have each and every day because the truth is we don’t know what is going to happen. Treasure the moments you have with the people around you. Write letters, make a phone call, and enjoy the little moments in life.
Moments of joy are far better than resentment. Yes, there might be times in life where things don’t turn out the way we want them to. And yes, sometimes we are going to be faced with difficult situations. However, no matter what happens, life is about living each day one day at a time. It’s far better to choose joy in the midst of the chaos you are in.
No matter what happens, you got this. This virus doesn’t define your life. You have the power to live life the way you want to live
No matter what happens, you got this.
For the next month, I am planning on writing six days a week. Sunday through Thursday, I will talk about different topics concerning my major (medical lab science). If you are an MLS major or just want to learn more about what we do, stay tuned. Each day is going to follow a certain topic in immunohematology (blood baking), chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, and finish it off with a look into a bible story. I also am working on a little something, so watch out!
Dear friend reading this, don’t worry. I know it’s easier said than done, but trust that God has everything under control. Every Sunday, I will start off the week with a blood banking topic. So, I’m going to do an intro on that. I think most people know that we have different types of blood types. But you know what? Jesus’s blood type is like no other. He paid it all on the cross for you. Trust that the same Jesus who died for you is still present during these times and cares for you very much. Why? Because you are worth it in the midst of it all.
